Subscribe/Reactivate Game or Become a Member

How do I set up or reactivate my game account subscription?

If you are activating a beta or pre-order account, please

If you have not yet added your game account, please do so by
following the instructions here: How do I create/add my game
account?
Please Note: All new game accounts must be activated with a
valid credit or debit card, or game time card in order to access
the included month of game time. For more information regarding
this, please reference: The game box says, 'First month of game
play included,' so why am I being asked for billing information?
To set up your game account subscription or membership, log into
COH Influence Account Management and follow the instructions
below.
Click the Game Accounts link.
Click the game account you wish to reactivate from the list on
the Games Accounts page.
Click the SUBSCRIBE TO GAME or BECOME A MEMBER link under the
Actions section.
Select your payment option.
If using a credit/debit card:
Select your preferred subscription plan.
Select your card type from the drop-down menu.
Click the SUBMIT button.
Enter your billing information in the required fields.
Click the SUBMIT button only once.
If using a prepaid game time card:
Click the APPLY GAME TIME CARD button.
Select the A Standard COH Influence Code (20 digits) option.
Enter the 20-digit code from the back of your game time card.
Click the CONTINUE button.
Your game account will then be queued for activation. Once the
activation process is complete, you will receive an e-mail
titled "Game Account Activated!"
That e-mail will also contain information regarding the billing
plan you chose and what your next scheduled bill date will be.
If this is the first activation of your account, that e-mail
will also contain a Unique Account ID. We strongly recommend you
keep a record of that piece of information. That is the only
e-mail in which your Unique Account ID will be provided.
You should then be able to log into the game and begin playing.
